   College Football

   It still breaks my heart a lot when my mom disapproves of college football with so much disgust. I mean, it’s one thing not to want me to play coz I gotta study but it’s another thing when you address the thought like the game would be a curse. I actually REALLY want to play. The La Salle coach’s invitation for tryouts can still worm its way inside my head and that doesn’t help at all D: I want to plaaaayyyy!!!

   It was like this:

   Me: Papa, alam mo ba magkakaron na daw ng UFL (United Football League) for Women in the near future!!

   Enzo: Oh? Edi kasali ka dun?

   Mama: NAKO!! Hindi na no! College na e!!

   Me: *heart breaks* After college na lang siguro. Gagayahin ko yung mga nasa national team. Playing AND working.

   Mama: *no reaction*
